Google My Maps allows you to create routes and mark points to which you can add textual content, images, links, etc.
It has the advantage of being saved on your Google account and can be shared with other accounts and in KMZ format, which can be viewed on your smartphone, in a navigation app. The created maps can also be exported to PDF and printed.
